Thirdly, and newly revised and upgraded for this summer, check out the options for Gravity Camps, aimed at kids wanting to improve their DH or Enduro skills and learn more about applying more advanced techniques to Nelson’s incredible variety of trails. These Gravity Camps are one day sessions pitched at either an Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert level of riders, tracks will be chosen based on the level of the group and we can hold multiple sessions throughout the holidays. (10am – 4pm, four riders minimum, $220 per person).  The basic format for this summer is:

1. Uplift to top of the trail to be featured (we often select trails that will be part of upcoming races)
2. Expert coaching as we session sections of the trail for the morning.
3. Two shuttle runs back up to the top to ride with the coaches down and apply what we have learned, plus shoot gopro footage for analysis.
NOTE: With the following upcoming events on the horizon this is an incredible opportunity for mountain bike riders from around the country to come and train for these awesome races:

28-29 January 2023: Round Three of the National DH series is to be held on Fringed Hill, Nelson.
3-5 March 2023: The first ever New Zealand championship of Enduro is to be held at Cable Bay Adventure Park, Nelson (note, will include a Jr Enduro)
10-13 March 2023: The Aorere Enduro (Adult and Jr editions) will be held in Nelson.
