We will accept returns for refunds if you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your goods and they are returned to us within 3 working days.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We suggest you use a trackable method.
We are unable to accept returns on:

– All food products
Please do not send your purchase back to the distributor or manufacturer
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping costs to your method of payment, this may take a few days to show up, depending on your bank.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
