IMPORTANT COVID-19 Update:
During Level-3 the coaching, guiding and shuttle services of Gravity Nelson are suspended, however the Gravity Nelson workshop is OPEN and here to help you keep riding. We have set-up “contact-less” service options for your bike.
Step One: Click here to BOOK YOUR BIKE IN.
Step Two: One of our staff will contact you to make specific arrangements for either HOME PICK-UP, or for you to DROP-OFF at the side entrance of our store.
Step Three: Our staff will clean/disinfect your bike, complete the work required (we can text you a quote before starting if you want), and clean/disinfect the bike again.
Step Four: One of our staff will contact you to make specific arrangements for either HOME DROP-OFF, or for you to PICK-UP at the side entrance of our store.
Step Five: You pay for the service and parts via internet banking from the invoice we send you.
Step Six: With proof of payment you are reunited with your bike and ready to ride again!

Non-Workshop Bookings:
CURRENTLY coaching, guiding and shuttle services are SUSPENDED DURING COVID-19.
You can however get in touch to buy a gift voucher for those services, please give us a call or send us an email for details. You can also get in touch to receive notifications when those services are available again.
When things get back to normal you can book using the online calendar below.
How fancy are we, check out our new online calendar for booking our services. Click on a date you are interested in to see what we have available that day, then click on the service listed to book it. Don’t worry too much if something doesn’t seem available, or if you are unclear on anything, simply give us a call and we can provide more information and clarify details on the slots available. Some activities do have minimum prices or requirements, so it may be easier to talk through the details on the phone, then do the booking online (or pop in to the container and book in person).
